Ten years after reconnecting over playdates and Filipino feasts, we’ve transformed our kitchen-table bond into Coffee Sarap, the café we always dreamed of together. Rooted in Filipino-American heritage and crafted in the heart of Denver’s RiNo district, our space is the alchemy of several years of dreams and ambition that we couldn't possibly be more proud of.

Our menu started with flavors we grew up with, such as ube, pandan, and mestiza. Each drink reflects a part of our story, like the Mestiza Latte, our take on a Filipino-style horchata. From the bold Ube Latte to other familiar favorites, every drink is made to share a bit of culture and start a conversation.

From Paborito's Filipino comfort food to Cakeheads Bakery’s fresh pastries and Talia’s Challahs’ handmade loaves, each bite tells a story to some of nostalgia and others of discovery. Together, we bring the warmth of Filipino flavors and some of Colorado's best talent to every bite.
